This initiative allowed customers to enjoy themselves and naturally wander around the floor by scanning QR codes installed in a total of four locations within the department store. The aim was to incorporate the excitement of Christmas and maximize customer traffic to each sales floor

For this initiative, we have adopted a browser-based digital stamp rally that does not require the installation of a dedicated app

1. Optimizing the User Experience (UX)

All you have to do is scan the QR code on the pop-ups placed at various locations with your smartphone. Stamps will be accumulated in real time on your ledger page, making participation stress-free

AR Works was not only responsible for creating the stamp rally system, but also for designing the promotional posters to be displayed in stores. The gorgeous Christmas-themed visuals were designed to catch the eye of customers and increase their motivation to participate

About Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro

Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro is a large commercial facility directly connected to the west exit of Ikebukuro Station. It boasts a wide range of products, from fashion, miscellaneous goods, and food to restaurants, and is popular with a wide range of customers.
